The process
- Countertops are measured up on site using the laser digitizer LLD
- Photos are taken of the slabs
- Laying out at a PC workstation
- Sawing on full automated Löffler sawing lines
- Edge processing (KSL- and / or Vario series)
- Final processing on machining centre LBZ
The peripherals
- The saw line is equipped with vacuum extractors, underfloor sawing units, drilling spindles and water-jet cutter heads
